The Hot Top I took home from the SCAA show in Anaheim.

One thing I noticed about the Hot Top when I first started using it was that the beans would get stuck
at the lower front area in the roast chamber while roasting, resulting in uneven roast on a few beans.
To fix this I added a small paddle to scoop the beans near the front.

This picture shows how the beans get stuck in the front.

This is the outside shell temp. 416 degrees.
