Why won't the coffee bean cooler work ?

This is only a little of what came out of it...

Coffee bean cooling fan after the bean cooler caught on fire.

Looks as though it got quite hot.

And on closer inspection ...

This doesn't look good. I don't think this one is fixable.

This is what causes the previous condition.

This fan is full of coffee tar.

I doesn't look as bad as it is, the fan wheel is stuck solid.

The space behind the fan is solid coffee tar.
